Your team is growing. Your people experience shouldn't be an afterthought.

Antrops is a fractional People Operations partner for growing companies, building the systems, culture, and employee experience that let your team scale without breaking.

The gap most startups ignore

Most growing companies obsess over product, engineering, and growth. Then they hire 30 people and realize their people experience runs on gut feel, Slack messages, and good intentions.

No structured onboarding. No culture framework. No manager support. No way to know if the team is engaged or quietly looking for the exit.

By the time it becomes visible, it's already expensive in attrition, in lost momentum, in the culture debt you'll spend years paying back.

What ANTROPS does

Antrops embeds with your team as a fractional People Ops partner, not an HR admin, not a consultant who delivers a report and disappears. Someone who designs and builds the people infrastructure your startup needs to grow well.

The work is guided by the People Ops Triple Aim: three dimensions that must improve together. Employee experience: how it feels to work here. Workforce capability: what your team can actually deliver. Cost and productivity: the efficiency of the whole system.

Most companies optimize one at the expense of the others. That's when things break.

That means: onboarding experiences that actually prepare people. Culture that's intentional, not accidental. Managers who know how to lead. Feedback loops that give you visibility before problems become crises. Senior People Ops expertise, at a fraction of the cost of a full-time hire, and available exactly when you need it.

How we work together

Starter

You've made your first hires and things are moving fast. But onboarding is still a Slack invite and a laptop. Policies live in someone's head. Culture is whatever happens in the room. You know this needs structure, but building it has never made it to the top of the list. Starter gives you the foundational people infrastructure your team needs to grow without the early cracks turning into long-term damage, designed around your company, not copied from a template.

For teams of 15-30 people
From $1,700/month

Growth

Things that worked at 20 people are starting to break at 40. Hiring is inconsistent across teams. Your first managers are struggling without support. A few unexpected departures have shaken your confidence in the culture you thought you'd built. Growth is for the startup that needs to professionalize its people layer before these cracks become crises, turning gut-feel processes into reliable systems, and good intentions into a measurable employee experience.

For teams of 30-60 people
From $3,200/month

Embedded

You're at the stage where people operations can no longer be a side responsibility. Culture is harder to maintain across a bigger team. Org design decisions are becoming consequential. You know you'll hire a full-time Head of People eventually, but you need senior strategic thinking now, not later. Embedded puts a fractional People Ops leader inside your team, operating at the level your company needs, building the infrastructure that will make your first full-time People hire as effective as possible from day one.

For teams over 60 people
From $6,400/month

Every engagement starts with a People Ops Audit: a fixed-scope diagnostic that maps exactly where you are and what to prioritise first. From $800, credited toward your first month.

Who's behind ANTROPS

Antrops comes from anthropos — Greek for human being — combined with Ops. Because people operations should start with the human, not the process.

The name

I've spent over 10 years working across operations and people at the intersection of both, which means I've seen, up close, what happens to teams when the business is running well but the people running it feel invisible.

Because companies that see their people as a means to an end eventually discover the cost of that view in attrition, in disengagement, in the slow erosion of the culture they once believed would carry them through.

The moment that defined Antrops came from a CEO who told me, plainly, that he wasn't interested in giving his employees comfort, only the practical conditions to do their work. He meant it as pragmatism. I heard it as a warning.

Antrops exists because I believe the opposite. The experience of the people who build your product deserves the same intentionality you give to the experience of the people who buy it. That work should be a place where people feel genuinely valued, challenged, and fulfilled, not just functionally equipped.

This isn't about perks or wellbeing programmes. It's about building the systems, culture, and leadership practices that make people want to stay, grow, and bring their best. That's what I come in to build, for startups at any stage, in any sector, who are ready to take their people experience as seriously as their product.
