A prioritised gap analysis that tells you what to address first, what can wait, and what’s genuinely working well. And a 60-minute debrief call where we walk through the findings together, sense-check them against your instincts, and align on what the next 90 days should look like.

The Audit takes two weeks from kick-off to debrief. It starts with a 60-minute discovery conversation with you, and where relevant, a few short conversations with key team members. No lengthy surveys, no disruption to the team. The output is a focused, actionable report, not a 40-page consultant deck.
